The Springwater-Webster Crossing Historical Society's members value the rich heritage of this area and its people.
We welcome all people interested in Springwater and Webster Crossing to join.
Copies of our 2013 Calendar with historic photos of Springwater and Webster Crossing are available at the Amish Workshop for $10.00.
Membership Meetings are held on the Second Tuesdays of Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Sep, Oct, Nov, and Dec at the Springwater Town Hall, 8022 Main St.
Meetings are free and open to the public and start at 6:30 pm with a dish to pass dinner. Programs start at 7:15 pm. Come for the Dinner, the Program or both.
Saturday May 11 from 10a - 5p, Springwater Webster Crossing Historical Society Annual Mother's Day Plant and Bake Sale, at the SWCHS Museum 8130 Route 15S, Springwater. This is a good opportunity to find a unique Mother's Day gift and help support the Society. Baked goods will be wrapped and sold on a pretty piece of glassware or pottery. New this year - we will also have lawn art for sale.
Tuesday May 14. Springwater Webster Crossing Historical Society Meeting at the Springwater Town Hall, 8022 Main Street. Program: "Antiques Road Show and Tell". Please bring some of your interesting antiques or collections to show to the group. Experts on local history will be present and may be able to help you understand more about your piece. Interesting items from the SWCHS collection will also be on display. This meeting is free and open to the public. Dish to pass dinner at 6:30 and program at 7:15.
